The Dashboard is your landing page for myLab. It displays dealer contacts and lists your licenses and activation codes.
Enter in all the people in your company with whom we should communicate electronically. Check off which types of communications each person should receive...your choices are:
- General: receive newsletters and new bulletins...sales staff, technical staff, and management should all receive this type of communication
- Support: emails generated from the Feeback button that appears in the lower left of your Photo Finale or Foto Depot site. You should have at least one person who fields these messages. This is your technical and/or customer service position. Any technical issue should be escalated to support@lucidiom.com. The types of message sent most often via the Feedback button are order inquiries, requests for assistance, help uploading, help with account access or general questions.
- Accounting: not currently used, but planned for the future to transmit invoices.
